• Collaborate with department managers and HR to identify training needs based on organisational goals, job roles, and individual performance evaluations.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance analysis to assess training needs accurately
  •    Design comprehensive training programs and curricula tailored to address identified needs, with senior technical managers
  •    Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in person or virtually.
  • Utilise various instructional techniques and formats to engage participants effectively.
  • Develop evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training quality and relevance.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in training software and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is a plus.
