Setting up the Atamis Procurement Dashboard is straightforward and Atamis will guide you through the implementation process.

What software needs to be installed?

There is absolutely no software to install. The system is delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS), which means that it’s already installed and hosted, and can be accessed through any web browser once we’ve set up your login.

What needs to happen before I can start using the system?

There are two simple threads to setting up the system:
- Configuration: agree the design of your dashboards and reports, set the red-amber-green thresholds, and establish user access privileges.
- Data: create a script to extract expenditure data from your finance system and send it to a secure FTP site.

How much time do I need to commit to the implementation?

All that is required is a few hours from a procurement specialist, and a few hours from someone who can create a data extract from your finance system. The entire implementation is conducted remotely so there are no time-consuming meetings for you to attend. You can be using the system within a couple of weeks.
