• Lead, mentor, and manage the SDR team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the SDR team.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation activities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of cold outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimise lead generation campaigns.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organisations.
  • Represent Atamis at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and expand our network.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful business development functions through effective implementation and execution of appropriate strategy, processes and technology.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales pipeline management (Salesforce and HubSpot experience is advantageous).
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
