Supplier Portal enables your team to interact with suppliers easily online, manage supplier activities and issue tasks with all activities saved within your Atamis platform. Tender bids can be submitted by suppliers through the portal where you can conduct due diligence, review submitted documentation and request further information.
Supplier Assurance
The Supplier Assurance Enhancer provides procurement with the ability to build and issue questionnaires to suppliers to assess and monitor the risks of specific suppliers. Covering due diligence, information security, social value or other risk areas important to your organisation, the questionnaires can be automated to ensure ongoing compliance, reducing the need to reinput data and maximising team efficiency.
Business Case
The Business Case Enhancer allows you to capture the key information within the business case as well as key associated documents linked to a programme or project. The business case functionality allows procurement to track the progress of business cases to ensure sourcing activities, beyond a request for information, are paused until a business case is approved to prevent procurement progressing forward at risk.
Contract Builder
Create and store contracts at a clause and schedule level so that you can easily track changes, capturing supplier comments and challenges as well as which clauses have been approved.
