Mike Hills brings nearly 20 years’ experience in growing SaaS businesses, leading teams and delivering customer value. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads Atamis’s strategy and growth, with a focus on innovation, client success and operational excellence. His commercially focused approach supports the continued development of our source-to-contract platform and the delivery of long-term value for our clients.

Gareth Burch is Director of Product at Atamis, where he leads product strategy for a source-to-contract procurement technology platform supporting major UK public sector organisations. He combines senior procurement leadership with deep expertise in procurement technology, product strategy, AI-enabled workflows and the transformation of procurement operating models.

Previously Head of Group Procurement at FTSE-listed financial services organisation Admiral Group, Gareth built and led a £350m procurement function, delivering more than £100m in commercial value and leading technology and strategic sourcing programmes.

With over 15 years’ experience in finance and HR, our HR & Finance Director oversees financial management and people operations at Atamis. During her nine years with the business, she has developed extensive organisational knowledge, supporting effective planning, robust processes and the company’s continued growth.

Jay Perkins is Sales & Marketing Director at Atamis, with extensive experience helping organisations understand, evaluate and adopt technology that improves procurement and commercial performance. His career spans procurement technology, e-procurement, contract management, supplier performance monitoring, analytics and risk management.At Atamis, he works closely with procurement leaders to understand the challenges facing modern procurement functions and how technology can address them. His experience gives him a strong understanding of the source-to-contract technology landscape, including procurement transformation, procurement systems, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, procurement data and analytics.

With more than 13 years’ experience in procurement technology, implementation, solution architecture and operations, Joe Eller is Atamis’ Director of Strategic Initiatives. He has progressed through a range of technical and leadership roles at Atamis, developing deep expertise in the delivery and optimisation of source-to-contract technology. His experience spans Salesforce implementation, solution architecture, e-procurement, configuration, technical support, data services and customer onboarding. As Director of Strategic Projects, Joe applies this technical and operational expertise to complex strategic initiatives, helping organisations maximise the value of their procurement technology.

Joe Meredith is Director of Development at Atamis, responsible for the development and continuous evolution of Atamis’ procurement technology platform. He leads the technical development of systems designed to support complex source-to-contract processes, with a focus on scalability, usability, security and delivering value for procurement teams.With deep expertise in software development and procurement technology, Joe brings a practical understanding of how enterprise systems should be designed and developed to meet the needs of modern procurement organisations. His work spans the development, enhancement and optimisation of Atamis’ client systems, helping ensure the platform delivers robust, high-performing solutions for complex procurement environments.

Travis Crouch is Atamis’ Director of Client Experience, with more than 15 years’ experience across procurement, commercial systems, procurement technology and data. He has held senior roles at the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS Digital, Aviva and Defra, working across procurement transformation, source-to-pay processes, commercial systems and procurement data.

At Atamis, Travis works with client procurement teams to maximise the value of their Atamis source-to-contract solution, bringing practical expertise in procurement transformation, commercial systems, data, contract management and technology implementation across complex and highly regulated organisations.He plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients seamlessly receive all contracted services, while driving outstanding ongoing customer service and support throughout their lifecycle.
